CHARLES M. FOGARTY, MD
Dr.
Fogarty completed his medicine residency at the
University of Rochester and pulmonary fellowship
at the Hospital of the University of
Pennsylvania.
His appointments at Spartanburg Regional Medical
Center have included: Director of Pulmonary
Function Lab, Director of Respiratory Care
Services, Member of the Institutional Review
Board and Chairman of the Department of
Medicine. Dr. Fogarty served as President of
Spartanburg County Medical Society in 1990 and
was selected for Best Doctors in America in
1998.
Dr. Fogarty has been conducting clinical trials
since 1990 and has been the Principal
Investigator/Sub Investigator in over 200 Phase
II – III trials, exceeding expected enrollment
in over 90 percent of these trials. He has had
two audits by the FDA with no findings. He has
presented papers at national society meetings as
well as published abstracts, articles and
reviews in the areas of pulmonary medicine and
internal medicine. Dr. Fogarty is board certified in Internal medicine and Pulmonary medicine.
WILSON P. SMITH, MD
Dr. Smith is a native of Huntington, West Virginia. He attended West Virginia University. His pulmonary training was completed at Duke University.
Dr. Smith has served as Chairman of the Critical Care Committee at both Mary Black Hospital and Spartanburg Regional Medical Center; Director of the Sleep-lab at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center; Director of the EKG Department at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center; Director of Hyperbaric Medicine and Chief of Staff Elect at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center..
Dr. Smith is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. He is married to Andrea Smith of Spartanburg, SC. They have two children.
J. DOUGLAS CLARK, MD
Dr. Clark is a native of Spartanburg. He attended University of Tennessee and completed his pulmonary training at East Tennessee State University and Bowman Gray at Wake Forest University
He is board certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Internal Medicine and in Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Clark is married to Wendy of Spartanburg, SC and they have four children.
Dr. Clark is a member of Church of the Advent. He enjoys Tennis, Golf, Hunting and Fishing.
RICO V. I . MENDOZA, MD
Dr. Mendoza is a native of Metro Manila Philippines. He attended University of Santo Tomas and completed his pulmonary training at West Virginia University Health Science Center.
He is board certified in Pulmonary Disease, Internal medicine, Sleep medicine and in Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Mendoza attends Catholic Church of Jesus Our Risen Savior. He loves period music and plays piano.
IKENNA F. ONYEBUEKE, MD
Dr. Onyebueke is a native of Abia State Nigeria. He attended University of Calabar and completed his pulmonary training at Downstate Medical Center/Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn NY. He served as Chief Resident in Medicine supervising medical residents from 2007-2008 at Kings County Hospital Center.
He is board certified in pulmonary disease, Internal medicine, and in Critical care medicine.
Dr. Onyebueke and his wife Uche are parents of three children. He enjoys watching movies and spending time with family.
